Gardener required for clearing/weeding (and advice!)

Good afternoon,

We're looking for someone to come and do some work on an area of our front garden that has been taken over by BAMBOO and various weeds. It's a great sun trap, and - once cleared - we'd welcome some advice on the garden as a whole, if the soil type/depth is good enough to "work with", etc.

We're in SE22. Happy to send photos via PM. Thanks

Hi there

We are looking for someone who would be interested in helping us to get our garden into good shape and keep it that way! It is a small (50 foot) garden with a 1x3 meter bed, bit of lawn (which we can mow) some not very successful roses and lots of pots. We have had gardeners come and give it a makeover intermittently but have never achieved the regularity of gardening that means that it looks nice year round - this is what we are aiming for. So if you could offer us some regular help - (maybe a half day per month but would be open to discussion) - and are interested in helping us then please do get in touch. We would like a gardener that tells us what they think needs doing and then comes at the right time to do it - neither of us are good with plants!

No massive rush as we have a busy couple of weeks coming up but do get in touch and maybe we could arrange a meet up early/mid-May. We would like references please.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks, Chloe

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
