Cleaner rate

Hello I am new to Peckham and someone recommended me a cleaner which is asking for ?40 work done. We are only two people in the flat, however we do have 3 bedrooms. She only comes from 2 hours, is this overpriced? Anyone has a better recommendation?

I'm a qualified childcare Ofsted registered and I don t charge ?20 per hour.

As a cleaner 10/12 p/h. Most of them don t even pay tax and NIC....

I do cleaning during my spare time and I charge ?12gross .

That's too much for only 2 hours.

You should have a look in this forum there are lots of cleaners here that charge from 10ph. But never 20 😠 Be welcome to the area and good luck!
