Dr Bike will fix your bike for free April 19th

Recommended Posts

Quietway 1 -- at the junction of Lynton Road and Dunton Way. Right opposite Cafe Crol to make identity doubly sure.

Three men who like to tinker with bikes will be there to tinker with any problem you bring them. One is such a good pro that he earns his living mending and teaching mending. The other two are gifted amateurs who run the country in their spare time (don't hold them responsible for too much, it's other people who muck it up)

They will be there from 5-7pm on Thursday April 19th indexing gears, tightening brakes and pumping up tyres. They do a lot more than this but I don't understand what it is.

they represent Southwark Cyclists who are the borough branch of the London Cycling Campaign which campaigns for safe and enjoyable cycling in London. Our website is here: https://southwarkcyclists.org.uk

I can't think of any queries but if you've got one mail [email protected]

    • Another excellent article from Jim Waterson's London Centric reporting https://www.londoncentric.media/p/kitchen-foil-and-algerian-markets?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Interesting that there seem to be favoured and repeated routes for phone snatching for particular thieves.  Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
