hi, we had one with fixings that were sort of sprung so it was able to stretch to whatever size needed - I think it was probably from Mothercare, but was ages ago....

It was good, but not massively strong - it was ok for us though. Maybe have a look - it was a grey collapsible frame , with a grey fabric centre - I think we chose it as it was the only that fitted in the weird space....probably planned to get soemthing more solid then never got round to it....

Hi Mandymaz, I found a special offer and paid somewhere in the region of ?75 (think they're usually closer to ?90) and I would ideally like what I paid for it, as it hasn't even been opened. I would be happy to drop it over to you (assuming you're local-ish to SE22) tonight or over the weekend if you'd like it?

I can really recommend this particular type of gate - unobtrusive, as stylish as a stairgate can be, and no trip hazards.

Anyway, just let me know if you'd like it?

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
