Would depend how much money I had and could afford to lose.

Small change compared to the alleged ?2 billion Abramovich has spent at Chelsea.

I don't make it personal - you just take everything I say to heart. I can't help it if you are insecure and can't take a bit of banter. Why is it Man U and Man C fans, and Spurs and Arsenal fans can mock each other and no one seems to get as offended as you??

Also, in response to your point on finances... Check the small print. You'll find Celtic are ?30m in the red. It might be in the red to their sugar daddy, but the loans are there. Would you say ?30m in the red is a good financial 'code of conduct'?

Parkdrive - no one is saying you should. I just wondered if you had a specific reason.

Consider this. Liverpool brought back Dalglish in the expectation of turning things around, to boost that ambition they spent huge amounts of money, a luxury they did not extend to Hodgson. Given all of that, had Hodgson done the same, can you imagine the grief and abuse he would have got. God alone knows what the EDFers would have said if the Arsenal had spent as much and we had performed like Liverpool. Yet nobody seems to think Dalglish isn't up to the job, another poor result yesterday. So much for the return of the king, more like the emperors new clothes.

Liverpool record under Roy Hodgson

10 wins out of 20 got him the sack. ?20m spent.

Liverpool record under Dalglish

10 wins out of 27. ?100m spent.

I rest my case.

I think the newish owners will stick with Kenny for the time being. It has been a pretty shit season so far, although FA Cup still a possibility), and I'm forced to admit that most of the new players haven't set the world on fire. I'll happily wait til the end of next season before making my judgement.

I agree, and said at the time, that Woy was very poorly treated, and deserved better from club and fans, but unfortunately for him, he was seen as Hicks and Gillett's man, so he was never going to get a fair run.

I would be interested as to how you arrived at that 80% figure Anna.

Was it from posts during the last week, month, 3 months etc?

If it includes posts made around the Suarez incident, then that would skew any 'statistical analysis'.

Do you perceive Otta's last post as 'slating' Liverpool?

Rangers' future has been secured. But only at the expense of a deal with HMRC over stadium naming rights. Ibrox is to be renamed the Inland Revenue Arena, or IRA for short. But please note this is only Provisional.

I'm just questioning the dogs abuse Hodgson got when you consider the performance under Dalglish is poor and the the money he's spent far exceeds that spent by Hodgson. If that's slating, then guilty as charged.

Siege mentality.

As this is from a scouser I expected a 'Thanks for giving me something to whine about'. There's just no pleasing you lot with your Beatles and your Brookside ferries

Anyone else think that Mancini was somewhat less than gracious with his recent remarks prior to United games? They would win against Spurs and that WBA was an easy game. I think it's very difficult to make assumptions like this in the EPL and his remarks were insulting to Spurs and Albion. Swansea I suppose was a very difficult game.

Got a message back within a day to say medication ordered from chemist.

    • Oh give it a break.  We have an MP who makes racist comments, yet our media (and what seems like this Forum) that generally hate Labour (and loved Johnson) are just out looking for the dirt. It's a move on, nothing to see here.  Particularly if she used a letting agency.
