Win 7 boot disc please

HI I have a message saying win failed to load because the Hal file is missing .and I can't find my disc .any got 1 to fix this please thank you

I have install discs for Windows 7 Pro and Home versions and based in Brockley SE4. May be able to drop them to you depending on where you are
