Stereo MC?s, Rodney P, Polarbear and more at free event in Crystal Palace Park on 16 June 2018

Most of the artists and activities are now announced for the Crystal Palace Festival?s event on 16 June 2018 in Crystal Palace Park.

Acts confirmed include: Stereo MC?s, Strong Asian Mothers, Rodney P & Skitz, Fowokan, Polarbear, Croydon SDA Gospel Choir and much more being announced on the festival website at crystalpalacefestival.org.

There are some new features for the festival in 2018 ? the Village Green with a Bandstand, Dog Show, charity and community stalls, the Farmers? Market and Craft beer bar and a dance tent to indulge lovers of electronic music. Be sure to come down early to the park on 16 June as its going to be busy!

The festival organisers are very much looking forward to returning with a much improved site after a really busy event in June 2017 and even more fantastic bands, artists and activities for all to enjoy for free. They know cultural events can be very expensive for families, younger and older people and those on a budget. It?s high quality arts, culture and heritage for the many not just the few!

The festival will take place all around the Crystal Palace area on 11?17 June 2018 with a week long programme of guest events organised by the local community. The free Crystal Palace Park event on Saturday 16 June 2018 is produced and delivered by the festival organisation.

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
    • Let’s not all get scared of the foxes now. Most likely explanation is protecting its den or association with food. We have foxes, and cats and they are no bother to each other. The fox will leave when the cats are out.
