I am excited to be launching Confident Mama, New mums, life coaching sessions this Month.

Who is the Confident Mama coaching for?

Any mum, with a baby under 1 year old, whether its your first baby or 2nd or 3rd.

All mums need support especially in the first 12 months after having a baby.

During your Confident Mama sessions we will:

*Talk about how you feel about being a mum

*What your hopes are as a mum

*Explore being a new mum or being a mum of

more than 1 child now

*Work together to find out what you want now

you are a mum

*How you can be a mum and still feel like YOU

*Thinking about how you want to be as a parent

*How you cope when things are not going as you hoped

*Do you want to change career now you have a baby?

How does Confident Mama work ?

The coaching sessions are run once a week at your home for either 3, 6 or 12 months .I also run Boost session and a back to work session, which is a 2 hour coaching session.

Each session is for you and we cover what you want to explore, discuss and do

I do not tell you what to do, I work with you to help you find your focus, solutions and hopes for yourself

I provide a workbook, visualisations, affirmations and ongoing support throughout your Confident Mama Coaching.

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
