how to get rid of control loop

Every time I send a E mail I get a message that says This has a control loop on it what is it and how do I get rid of it.

Hi Bob..

A mail loop occurs when two accounts are forwarding to each other.

If you forward your emails to some other account and your other email account forwards back to your account, the same email could be sent back and forth forever. When any system detects a mail loop, it deliberately bounce the message to break the cycle.

Check any mail forwarding you have set up..
