Does anyone know how to do it - or better still know a local service for that sort of thing?many many thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/191106-convert-a-memory-stick-probably-works-to-word/ Share on other sites
marctt
If you open Windows Explorer can you see the files and file types on the memory stick? If you can see the file types do a web search on the file types and operating system / programs needed to open the filesHope this helps Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/191106-convert-a-memory-stick-probably-works-to-word/#findComment-1244248 Share on other sites

ianr
OP, JickieC, I see that you've been online recently, and that this is a very old thread. Is it nevertheless still an open issue? If so, I can have a good go at identifying the file type from its first few bytes, and/or by systematic renaming, if you email me a copy.
