Ralph: fantastic carpet cleaner

Hello, just wanted to add another recommendation for Ralph. He came round at short notice (on a Bank Holiday) to clean a load of rugs for us. Really polite, reasonable prices and he did a really good job. His communication over text was great too and he was very patient with our toddler who was fascinated by the carpet cleaning machine!
