Hello everyone,

I'm Owen, I've been an East Dulwich resident since September last year.

I was recently made redundant from my work and I am looking at pursuing a new career path (I was previously working in music).

In the interim I am looking for any casual/temporary work and am available immediately.

  Interesting question - do the new ground rent caps and leasehold reforms apply ? Worth asking your solicitor because the actual value of the freehold or any leasehold extension might be minimal now.
