Short term room to rent now - end Aug Peckham Rye ?700pcm inclusive

I have a double room with own private bathroom to rent from now until end-August. The room is in my three bedroom house with garden, large eat in kitchen and sitting room on a nice road just off Bellenden Road in Peckham Rye. I have a very friendly cat. If needed, there is also a single bedroom available. The cost is ?700pcm (?900pcm for both rooms), inclusive of all bills and a weekly cleaner.
