Hey all you gorgeous pregnant women!


What does becoming a mother mean to you? How can we calm our minds and trust that our bodies know exactly what to do? And how can we meet our sacred journey into motherhood with authenticity, curiosity and playfulness?


Join birth and wellness experts at our special gathering to explore all this and more. You?ll have a wonderful opportunity to connect with other mamas-to-be and foster those all important support networks too.


We are thrilled the event will be at the awesome Peckham Levels. We'll start at 10.00am and finish at 3pm to give you the opportunity to get some serious relaxation in.


Let us lead you through a series of relaxing taster sessions that will enable you to:


- Discover how to have a positive, life affirming birth with a hypnobirthing taster


- Nourish yourself with Yoga Nidra meditation and learn mindfulness tools to use in pregnancy and beyond


- Learn quick and effective mindset techniques with our essential self care class


- Connect with yourself and your baby with a gentle pregnancy yoga session

    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast   
    • Could East Dulwich or Forest Hill work? Some properties on Underhill Road and Wood Vale have large gardens e.g.  https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/161079866#/?channel=RES_BUY  You'd be close to the Horniman, Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye. Transport might not be what you're looking for though e.g. a 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station for the East London line or mainline into London Bridge.
