Every Friday we at Linda's journey cook some amazing coastal Indian food .Bieng hotel / restaurant chefs for oover 15 years we love the creative freedom doing pop ups .We want to promote our native cuisine which is diverse and influenced by the various colonisations .Using seasonal ingredients , fresh seafood, free range meats and cooking traditional Goan recipes especially for our vegan / vegetarian menus .
