Lovely double room in a flat on Herne Hill / brixton borders - amazing location, about 5 mins walk to brixton market and brixton village, about ten minutes to the tube. It?s also right by Brockwell Park.


The flat forms part of a Victorian terrace and still has lovely original features. The bedroom is a good sized double, and comes fully furnished.


You?d be sharing with the owner, a female in her mid thirties who works in comms and pr for the arts.


Occasionally there is a dog there so you would have to be ok with dogs!


The flat is available from Monday (13th August) and is ?800 pcm inclusive of all bills (except for the cleaner - this works out at around ?25 a month).

      Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken.       Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

      Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
