handyman required in clapham

Hello handypeople!

I have a flat in clapham (SW9) where I need 2 small things to be done.

A kitchen cupboard hinge keeps coming off & needs extra hing or some kind of support in the middle as I think 2 hinges are not enough to support the weight of the cabinet door.

A shower hose is leaking - I have purchased a new hose - just need someone to remove the old on & fix the new hose.

If you cover the clapham area & have availability in the next few days, please can you give me an idea how long this kind of work will take & how much you might charge for it?
