Portraits on Rye Lane

Has anyone clocked the url at the bottom of the portraits that are currently adorning the boards and corrugated metal of Rye Lane?

The pictures are rather lovely, and I assume a response to the riots. Would be interested to find out more, but was sitting on the wrong side of the bus to read the url.
