I've not been able to find the planning permission for the sports hall to check any such planning conditions.

What is the relevance of posting up a list of things private schools use to justify their charitable status ?

Genuine question - do they allow local schools to use their facilities (as in the link James posted) for free, or do they charge them? If the former, then that is something at least. although they do get tax breaks in return of course.

Don't forget- many parents go without flashy cars, holidays etc to send their kids privately- it is a CHOICE. What about the EXCLUSIVE faith schools- they get extra money from their faith groups as well as YOUR tax money- do they share facilities- I doubt it....and I know that they have MUCH more in the way of funding than the average state school..while they are brainwashing young minds to be homophobic all in the name of their particular spaghetti monster

A lot of people can't afford flashy cars, any holiday at all. So they can't choose to forgo them and spend the money on private education .
