Builder needed for external repair/decorating

Hello,

We need some work done fixing up the front of our house in SE4, I'm not really sure what type of tradesman would cover all these jobs!:

- Repairing/replacing step under the front door

- Replacing grate/air vent under front door

- Repairing stone step at the end of the path

We also need redecorating of our front door and surrounding frame, and repainting the garden wall... I can find a separate decorator to do these but if anyone can sort everything that would be ideal!

The step is the threshold. To replace would involve removing the door frame.

However, it appears more than restorable. I will PM you if you'd like me to take a look at all the work you've mentioned -
