Garden tools sharpening?

Does anyone know where one can get garden shears sharpened? Finally getting down to edging the lawn with 3 useless pairs of shears!!

We use them frequently for our company and clients mowers and tools on both servicing and repairs. They're also great for rust removal and sharpening for shears and secateurs.
