Looking for: a RELIABLE tow-away company

I live in a private driveway increasingly plagued by vehicles parking illegitimately. My neighbours and I are looking for a RELIABLE tow-away company with whom to contract. Conversely, it would be good to hear about dodgy outfits to avoid.

I would also like to hear from someone with explicit knowledge of such contracts, their usual conditions and rates, etc. As I understand it: a sign is erected which warns would-be illegitimate parkers. The client pays a retainer to the company, while the company recovers the cost of any actual tow-away from the offending vehicle owner. The client (not the company) initiates such a tow-away by contacting the company.
