The Outwell Bear Lake Tent is a really premium family tent. Bought ten years ago but probably only used ten times. Stored in a dry attic and unused for the last five years. It is a polycotton tent - meaning it is durable and breathable - much more comfortable than 100% synthetic fabric. It has two big bedromms and a large living space - with enough headroom to sit four people round a table comfortably. Also an awning to sit under/provide shelter space for cooking gear.

This is not a weekending tent as it is big and heavy.But if you plan to go on family camping holidays, it is really worth the effort of taking it.

Don't have a useful photo but if you google Outwell Bear Lake polycotton you will find it. Not sure they still do the polycotton version - I couldn't find it on their website.

We bought the tent for around 1K. It really is in excellent condition. Needs to be collected next Friday 29th/Sast 30th ideally from Dulwich village.
