Can anyone recommend a skin specialist. Would love to talk to someone who might help with redness

There is a community dermatology clinic based at Elm Lodge Surgery in Burbage Road - or there was a year or so back, I don't know if it's still there.

The dermatologist I saw was very thorough and helpful.

But you have to be referred via your GP I think.

Yes, they have an excellent specialist, Dr Kemp, don't know whether you have to be registered with them though, give them a ring.

You don't have to be registered with them as a GP patient there. Your own GP can refer you.
