Has any Southwark leaseholders ever applied for a permission to do side return extension?

Hello,

My husband and I own a garden flat and Southwark is our leaseholder. We are thinking of doing a side return extension. Has anyone ever done this? And can you please share your experience and who at Southwark to contact? I know Southwark has previously approved loft conversions but I haven?t seen anything here about the side returns so any help/information would be much appreciated.
