Is this still available? Is it missing the brake? Is anything else broken? Thanks

Yes the brake is missing although my LO just used to stop it with his foot on the wheel but you can buy the spare part pretty easily online. Priced low because it is well used but fully operational. I've left the hooter on it as kids always seemed to love this but will also need a new tiny bolt as it's come loose... or I can take it off if you prefer.
