Hello all! We are looking for a part time nanny that would take care of our 2 children aged 4 and 2 on Tuesdays and plus two evening during the week (ideally Wednesdays and another evening of choice between Monday and Thursday)starting end of August.

We would also like to have you as a babysitter during occasional weekends.

  That surely would only be legitimate if you could, and did, parlay your expenditure with them to another of their venues. Otherwise I don't think it would stand up in court. They failed to provide a service paid for. When they would have been in a position to do do on reopening.
