I'd also like to add a recommendation for Amelie's Little Shed of Calm. It's a beautiful serene and light space where you can relax and forget that you're in London. I've had three different massages with Amelie over the last three months and I can honestly say that I wouldn't want to go to anyone else! Her manner and voice has a very calming influence. What I love most is that she is also really thorough with the massage therapies and if needed, is strong enough to really get into the belly of the muscle - which, as a dance artist is essential! Amelie initially trained as a dancer and personally I feel that's why she has such an instinctive and intuitive approach.
