Blue/green birds found in Peckham

There are three blue/green parrot like birds nesting in the air vent of my flat. I'm not a bird expert but they don't look like native Peckham species. I don't know if anyone's lost any birds recently? Although this may not be of any help because I wouldn't know how to catch them!?

Any ideas?
