Work space / studio / unused space wanted

To all local business owners,

I am looking for a space to hire to use as a fitness studio. I am hoping to find a space which is currently unused, for example an office space above a business or possibly even a basement that is not currently being used.

It's fine if it needs work to bring it upto a good standard, I would be happy to do this, but I am hoping to find something with a low rent as I would only be running a few classes per week.

Hi. If you haven't already found somewhere, perhaps you would like to consider the Brixton Pound Cafe on Atlantic Road, SW9?
