I have an opened bag of Hills prescription diet Kidney care dried food. (chicken) It's a 5kg bag with only about 200g taken out. The expiry date is September 2019 and I bought it just a few weeks ago. I can also throw in an opened bag of beaphar cat treats suitable for cats with kidney issues worth a few quid plus 2 pipettes of Frontline spot on for cats.

I see your bag of cat food is still available. If nobody buys it maybe it's worth considering donating it to a local cat shelter, there's one in Streatham. It would be such a shame if it went to waste.
