Hi there,

Me and my partner are local ED residents for over 15 years now ( he is a professional dog carer with years of experience and dealing with up to 6 dogs at once) I m more of a mummy cat with a soft touch.

Anyway we are offering a day care / walking /feeding services for your loved little ones.

  I would respectfully and strongly disagree. they are targeting Southwark in exactly the same way they target other councils and will have exactly the same outcome you would have to say why Southwark is the outlier here and not reform for it to be a meaningful differentiation

  For Reform though read any individual/party who without knowing full details of a council's obligations, or how all the money has been spent are confident they can reduce expenditure by cutting 'waste'.
