DVnewbie
Hello,We're looking for a friendly, confident au pair to help look after our 3 children (10, 9 and nearly 4) from September/October. I'll be looking at the usual Au Pair websites (Au Pair World etc.) but would be really keen to hear from any au pairs who are already living in the Dulwich area and want to stay! You would be helping with the school run in the mornings and picking the children up from school in the afternoons, helping with their homework, afterschool clubs, playdates, preparing them dinner, keeping their rooms tidy, etc. Hours are: - Mon, Tues, Weds and Thus 7:30-9:00am and 3:00 - 7:00pm- About 2 hours per week doing children's laundry, helping tidy their things etc.- Two evenings a week babysittingDuring school holidays we might need more childcare hours but would agree those separately with an au pair and pay on an ad hoc basis. We'd also be happy to agree extra hours for cleaning etc. if an au pair would like that but it isn't necessary and we have a cleaner at the moment. We live in Dulwich Village and the au pair will have her own small double bedroom which has a south facing roof terrace (with amazing views!) and her own shower room next to her bedroom.Rates will depend a lot on hours and experience but we obviously want a happy au pair so would pay very fairly. We'd also contribute to language lessons. We need somebody who:- has lived away from home before;- has childcare experience;- has good references; and- has a good level of English. Both the primary school and nursery school are easy walking distance from the house but it would be extremely useful if our au pair could drive to get to after school activities and play dates. We're a very friendly, relaxed family and are looking forward to having an au pair living with us. Please PM me if you are interested. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/196678-au-pair-wanted-from-september/ Share on other sites
DVnewbie
Still looking for an au pair! Our requirements have changed slightly since my original post (which I've now edited) so an au pair would have 3 days off per week.
