Friendly Maths Tutor Available

Recommended Posts

Hello ED Forum

I finished Alleyn's School in Dulwich in June 2017 and am currently on a gap year tutoring maths. I have some extra availability so am looking to take on a few more pupils!

A little about me...At A-level I achieved 4 A*s in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics, and I was awarded the school's mathematics prize in my final year. I will begin studying maths at uni in September; needless to say maths is my passion! Over the last year I have taught over 30 pupils from a variety of backgrounds and ages, from 11+ to year 13 Further Maths. I focus on core understanding with my pupils and try to stretch them at whatever level they are at.

Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss further! email: [email protected] phone: 07943868355

    • Which Trump thread to choose.  But I’ll pick this one to say some of us were called hysterical for calling out Trump for what he is and what he would do. If we posted something like this a couple of years ago we would be laughed at as unserious   https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-calls-chicago-mayor-illinois-governor-be-jailed-2025-10-08/
    • As far as I am aware, the UK are not selling weapons to Russia and aren’t helping the Sudanese government to commit massacres. I also doubt that the Sudanese authorities claims that their army is “the most moral army in the world” and I also doubt that they are backed up by the majority of the Western world. This is why people are marching on Saturday, to reiterate that killing children is not ok and to show the world that they are not alone fighting against that evil fascist government, nothing more, nothing less. P.S: if you’re aware of any marches going on in London for the poor Sudanese people, I will gladly attend.
    • So what do you want to see happen in the site ? The developer has to make money so increasing social housing may not be financially viable and we 100% need more accommodation locally.  Also the quote that it will be used by people as second homes is a bit strange, I would have suspected that would be the opposite as people might look to the countryside for a second home, not a semi run down town centre. For future, can you attach files as PDFs not word documents as my firewall blocks Word downloads due to increased risk of carrying hidden payloads.
    • If you don't locate the owner happy to take it to a charity for you such as the Bike Project.  A description would be good and I can check my networks
