Free vacuum cleaner

Bought this Hoover Globe about four years ago and it's not the vacuum it once was. Just got a new one so this poor little guy isn't needed anymore.

It's in working order but the suction's faded a bit. If I were more handy I could probably tweak it in some way to get it working better but I'm not. Maybe you are?

It's a Hoover vacuum that works but the suction's weakened a bit. Seems like a handy person could tweak it to make it good as new.
