Wanted Recommendations for TV Mounting / Installation

Hello,

Does anyone know of anyone good who could

a) mount a TV (40") onto a plasterboard wall, and then

b) look at running the cables behind the wall etc.?

Both appear to be straightforward, but would want someone who knows what they're doing as it would be very visible.
