Competent gardener needed to help with espalier plum

Ive contacted a few gardeners from the forum, but no replies as yet- Im looking for someone who knows what they are doing to help me train the espalier plum, which I have not been " training" but need to start shaping. Any one out there with the necessary experience to assist me please?
