cleaner/housekeeper 10-12 hours a week from September

We live in Herne Hill in a 4 bed semi, and am looking for someone to do 2.5/3 hours each day from Monday to Thurs - ideally each afternoon from about 3.30 / 4 pm but happy to discuss. This would be ideal just to have someone in the house when my two kids get home from secondary school.

Ideally would like someone who is happy to combine cleaning and general tidying who doesn't mind using their initiative and see what needs doing; who likes a bit of decluttering and can help tidy the place and put things away or very occasionally get dinner started if children are hungry.
