And the use of the word "PAD" ugh!!!! that really makes me want to heave.

its the sort of word naff estate agents use and one I haven't seen used in any quality interiors publication since the 70's.

This was the slang : very Austin Powers - reading as though it has been badly translated, from what I know not.
