Lovely double room available from 1st August in a house with 2 other flatmates. ?665 per month and ?830 deposit.

The room is unfurnished but comes with a wardrobe and curtains.

There is a shared living and dining room, a good size (fully equipped) kitchen and a lovely Court yard garden.

The house is in a great location on a quiet residential street located at the top Lordship Lane with all of it's amenities. There are great transport links with several 24hr bus routes only a couple of mins walk from the house.

We are two professionals (1 girl and 1 guy), looking for a flatmate to share our lovely house. The room for rent shares a bathroom with me as the attic room has an ensuite.

- Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

  Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
