Looking for reliable airport transfers

Wanted - one local driver for about 10 business trips a year. Saloon car. Have used several larger services over the years including those that come very highly recommended but when they subcontract to unknown drivers become less reliable in a) finding address and b) making pickup at airport. Prefer option to attempt direct deal with an individual professional driver
