New business advertising

Hi wondering if someone could help me

Im a new business offering wedding, milestone birthdays and baby shower favours. I would like to advertise in the business section but have read the terms and conditions and am unsure how to verify that I am a memeber of the east dulwich community as there is no where to input my address. If someone could shed some light so I could put a post up that would be very helpful. Thank you
