Restaurant next to Magic Wok

Does anybody know what's happening here?

Ages ago I thought work was happening on a new restaurant after the French place closed down, then nothing appeared.

Last night there were a load of people sitting outside it at tables?

We heard that the original owners of the freehold were going to reinstate it as a restaurant but that finances/other work had slowed the process down. That was some years ago.

There is a rumour that a wine bar is opening in the area - thought to be the old green grocers next to Red Apples.
