Bright Horizons - Dog Kennel Road

Hi all

Has anyone had any experience of the Bright Horizons (Dog Kennel Hill nursery) please. We are due to send our little ones there but found out they have been given a "requires improvement" rating by Ofsted.

Any information / insight would be very welcome.
