Two lovely double rooms on Barry Road with own bathrooms

Hi - I have two lovely double rooms in a very large flat on Barry Road for rent, each with their own bathroom. One is an en-suite with large shower, the other uses the main bathroom with a bath. I own the flat and have my own showerroom too. Each bedroom is on its own floor making the flat very easy to share! The whole flat was refurbished two years ago, including the bathrooms. There is a very large living room at the front and a large eat-in kitchen at the back. It?s an ace location- Barry Road runs between Peckham Rue park and Dulwich park and is just off Lordship

Lane. I work in central London, enjoy cooking, gym a bit, and travel as much as I can! The flat is friendly and as social as people want it to be. But not a party flat :-). The price of ?800 a month includes all bills including WiFi, and a cleaner every week for the common areas and bathrooms. Females only please :-) I struggle to attach photos but can send them to you. NB no outside space, but we?ve been able to lock bikes in the front garden belonging to our neighbours up to now.
