Live in carer and day carers

Mrs R

Recommended Posts

Hi, my 79 year old mum has just been diagnosed with Parkinson?s and potentially early stage denentia. Two weeks later my 78 year old dad fell and had a full hip replacement. We therefore need a little help! Ideally, we would love a few weeks live in care from an experienced carer and then care on a daily basis (if all goes well and this is all that is needed).

We all live in East Dulwich.

I?m looking to hear from carers or those recommending carers please. I?d also love some advice or recommendations for live in carer companies.

We are in touch with social services and memory clinic at kings and kings for my dads hip replacement.

Many thanks

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to apply for the carer position that you posted on Dulwich forum, available? to start work as soon as possible.

I am an experienced carer, that has been working in the care field for five years. At this present moment am currently working as a support worker helping and assisting people who have acquired brain injury in there homes. I have done sleep in, waking nights and long day shifts.? The work involves supporting service users to live independently in the community. Such as helping them to dress and undress, personal care, preparing healthy meals, plan daily activities, assist with household task, administer medication, liaise with professionals bodies and also encourage the family to be involved with the care of their relative. I support and assist children and adults with complex needs and use various adaptations according to their mobility so they can live a normal life and be part of society.

It would be lovely to have a meet and greet, So we can talk more about the type of support you need for your parents. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions contact number is (07958363589).

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards
