It's more likely a buzzard – one or two have been seen in recent years, particularly over Dulwich and Sydenham Woods. You don't have to go far to see them regularly – Addington, West Wickham and Biggin Hill, for instance.
Roll on the time , if ever, when we adopt the Australian system whereby the agreed price becomes binding. The whole process takes place much more swiftly and with less hassle than it does here. Scotland have a good system also.
