Does anyone know why the EveryoneActive studio is closed this week?

Texts were sent to myself and others, randomly, yesterday announcing that all group exercise classes were cancelled from yesterday to Friday with no explanation as to why. On asking at the desk the staff hadn't been notified and had no idea how to advise customers. Eventually they said that texts had been sent randomly to customers from Head Office and the information was incorrect but they still didn't know why this had gone out. So apparently it's as you were and the classes are running in the studios. My best guess is that it's down to the ongoing air conditioning issues which have never been resolved since EveryoneActive took over the running of the gym. The usual lack of communication and joined up management which happens too often. Unless everything changed again today of course.....

Just received a text from EveryoneActive stating that all classes are back on - were they ever off? Still no explanation though.

Thank you guys. Yes i got the second text too. Very weird and annoying. The incompetence is so depressing.
