Reliable cleaner needed for 3-4 hours per week, SE22

I'm looking for a reliable cleaner willing to come once a week (we are flexible on which days) to clean our house. Looking for someone who will do the regular tasks but who is will also use initiative to do other bits of neglected cleaning where time allows. Must be happy to iron too please! We are in SE22, on Pellatt Road.
