WANTED: Double room or one bed flat. From Oct- can be flexible

I?m looking for a double room to rent in a houseshare my budget is approx ?850 all bills included but could increase if it was a whole flat to rent.

I?m a 26 year old professional female, working in the area. I?ve lived here for almost 3 years now so would love to stay local! I?m looking for a friendly sociable house of people around the same age or older that enjoy getting together to do things from time to time like share a bottle of wine but also respecting each others space.

In my free time I enjoy the usual things of meeting friends for food and drink, gigs, holidays, reading, cooking for friends etc. I?m looking to move around early October but this can be negotiable.
